Final Sale Policy

​

At North + Rose, we are dedicated to offering exceptional products and services. Please note that all items purchased are considered final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges, except for items that have been damaged in transit or shipped incorrectly.

 

Shipping and Handling

​

We eagerly anticipate the moment you receive your items and begin to enhance your home’s ambiance. We take great care to ensure that your pieces are meticulously packaged and promptly dispatched. Each order is handpicked by our dedicated team, with the aim of packing and shipping within 2-5 business days from the initial order date.*

*Please note that orders placed during sales and promotions may require extended processing and shipping times. Sculpture candles are made to order, please add an additional 2-3 business days to the standard processing time.

Pick Up

​

Pickup is available from our home studio in Stittsville, ON. Once your order is ready, we will email you with pickup details and arrange a convenient day and time for you to collect your order.

 

Local Delivery

​

Local delivery is available to those who reside within the 30km radius of our studio located in Stittsville ON. If local delivery is available in your area, the option will be automatically generated at checkout. 

​

Complimentary Local Delivery: Enjoy free local delivery on orders over $75.

 

Flat Rate Local Delivery: For orders under $75, a nominal flat rate of $8.00 will apply.


Delivery Timeline: Anticipate a delivery window of 2-5 business days for local deliveries. Please note that tracking numbers are not provided for local deliveries.

Canada Shipping

 

Complimentary Shipping: Orders over $150 qualify for free shipping across Canada. All other orders will have a flat rate of $15. Our furniture items do not qualify for free shipping.

Delivery Timeline: Allow 2-10 business days for delivery. We utilize Canada Post or UPS based on your location and you will be provided with tracking numbers for delivery updates.

 

USA Shipping

​

Complimentary Shipping: Orders over $150 qualify for free shipping across Canada. All other orders will have a flat rate of $15. Our furniture items do not qualify for free shipping.

International Shipping

For international shipping inquiries, please contact us at hello@northernrose.ca for a custom shipping quote and to confirm our ability to ship to your location prior to placing an order.

 

Returns and Exchanges

​​

All purchases from North + Rose are final sale, with the exception of items that arrive damaged or incorrect. Although we meticulously inspect all pieces before shipment, occasional shipping damages may occur. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please report it to hello@northernrose.ca within 48 hours of receipt, providing the following details:

- Name
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Applicable photographs showcasing the damage or incorrect item

Upon acceptance of a damaged product return, we will provide detailed return shipping instructions. North + Rose will replace the damaged item(s) at no additional cost. Returns must be received by our warehouse no later than 30 days after initial delivery. The product must be returned in its original, unused, and unwashed condition, accompanied by the original packing slip.

​

Once the product has been received at our warehouse, please allow up to one week for a thorough quality control review and the issuance of a refund or replacement. If a replacement is not available, we will issue a refund to the original method of payment. You will be notified via email once the refund has been processed. Please allow 14 days for the refund to be reflected in your account.

​

We do not accept returns for items damaged through normal wear and tear.

 

Order Cancellations and Exchanges

​

As all items are FINAL SALE, we regret to inform you that we are unable to accept order cancellations or exchanges at this time.
